Refunds are applicable only to paid subscriptions and one-time purchases made on the IAStune platform.

✅ Refunds Available If:

  • • Service has not been excessively used (more than 20% of mind maps/simulations accessed)

❌ No Refunds For:

  • • Expired subscriptions
  • • Promotional or discounted plans (unless required by law)

Trial Period & Non-Refundable Items

If a free trial is offered, we strongly encourage users to thoroughly test the service before subscribing to ensure it meets their needs.

  • • Digital certificates or achievements earned
